Chia Ice Pops


Serves 4—6
Nutritious and refreshing, these ice pops get their natural sweetness from fruit.

  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks
  • ½ cup orange juice
  • 1/3 cup chia seeds
  • ¼ cup water

Put all ingredients in food processor or high-powered blender, and liquefy. Pour into ice-pop or ice-cube molds. Freeze until solid, and enjoy.

  1. I've heard some amazing things about chia! I've been trying to incorporate it into my diet more, but I don't know of ant health food stores in Calgary where I can get it at a good price. Do you know of any? Thanks!
